When I got on a snowboard at the age of 10 my life changed
Ever since then I've been looking for what that feeling was
That felt so blissful and good
Turns out others have as well
And called it flow and other names
I've taken my own approach to capturing that feeling and bringing it into real life
Or put more accurately, discovering the potential for that feeling in each moment of life
Bits and pieces of that puzzle came together in a variety of pursuits
Ranging from jewish mysticism, somatic practice, and lots of tooling and experimentation
Along the path I discovered that a new, better, and more divine part of me shines in my conversations with people
And that I'm somehow blessed in that way to guide others to find more flow in their lives
